This is the best Orange Theory in the city! The gym is pristine clean, the equipment is always in good working order, the trainers are five star outstanding, and the customer service is top notch. Kelly and Nicole truly care about their customers and treat them so well. Highly recommend!

July 2023 UPDATE: I put my account on a freeze hold due to financial reasons for 60 days. The fee for the freeze is $15 each month and it's supposed to hold your membership at whatever price you were paying monthly. After further review I decided I needed to cancel it completely. I was told I would be charged the FULL premier membership fee at cancellation. So I'm basically out of $175 and they refused to work with me on the final payment. Find a cheaper gym if you can.The coaches are amazing and they really work with you if you have injuries to modify the movements.

On the pricey side, but love the classes, coaches, and staff. Going to the same time classes, can build community. As a plus size girl, I love it. They let everyone know the adaptions.

This is a mixed review. The trainers are great. They get 5 stars. But the cancellation process gets zero stars. Despite the good fitness experience, I won't be joining again. I'm basically out $300 dollars just to cancel two memberships. Given that I'm cancelling for financial purposes, it's very painful.I think they put short term gain (my $300) ahead of potential long term benefit (my returning down the road -which I had initially planned to do). The irony is that each place is individually owned, so they could have made some accommodation. They made the choice not to. It's not a great way to run a business.Do your self a favor, and join a gym that is truly month by month. (Elements comes to mind.) Then pay a personal trainer periodically to help you create and update your workout plan. It's cheaper, and you won't feel the need to write a bad review. :(

I am a mom of three and have not worked out in nine years. I gave this a try because lots of my friends do it and have done it for years — I am more than pleased with this entire facility from the front desk to the coach to the owner —everyone has been absolutely awesome!! I feel like I can finally do something for myself and I’m really excited to continue to work out at Orange theory. It is the best 45 minutes of my day, besides hanging with the kids of course :). If you are thinking about getting back to the gym —try Orange Theory you will never, ever regret it!! The first class is free so it doesn’t hurt to try!!

I was in town for a work trip and visited this studio. I had heard great things about Coach Derek...and he did not disappoint! OTF is always an awesome workout but the coaching definitely makes a difference!

I was visiting from out of state and enjoyed my visit to Lenexa. The cheerful front desk staff made an effort to welcome each and every person.. Coach Mandy was helpful in the weight room and encouraging on the treads. Another great day at OTF!

I love OTF and this location helps perpetuate that feeling. The coaches and staff I've worked with have all been very friendly, positive and encouraging. Each station is numbered so there's no more competing with others in the class for the best spots like it used to be back in the day. The treadmills (and all available equipment) are very nice and new. The workouts pack a lot into a short time, but I always leave happy with the workout that rarely gets boring. If you're looking for a way to get motivated and actually earn something from your workout, I highly recommend giving OTF a try.

I like the accountability that goes with signing up for classes. If I know that I have a scheduled class it motivates me to go. I've had other gym memberships in the past, and I'd go strong for the first half of the year then lose motivation. Orange Theory has had me going routinely for almost a 1 1/2 years. The coaches are also a big draw as they demo all exercises, provide motivation, and are available to answer questions and/or provide recommendations on tailoring the workouts if one has an injury, or other health concern. The class time options are also a huge plus with a variety of morning and evening options. As a medical professional I go in early and have unpredictable shift lengths, so evening classe options are much appreciated. I do wish there were more weekend options, since I shift rotate through them. But I understand that the staff needs breaks to, and when I'm not working a weekend a morning class works just fine. I'm very appreciative to the staff at the Lenexa Location, and recommend Mandy as an amazing, compassionate, motivational coach. Thanks Lenexa Orange Theory for getting to to go All Out.
