I've known Kurt for a few years and he has always been one of the kindest and knowledgeable trainers I've ever met. Recently, I was dealing with some discomfort that I was fearful about (afraid of a possible injury), but he quelled those fears and sent me on a fast recovery! I'm always grateful for his experience and knowledge. Highly recommend!

I started seeing Kurt last November for assistance with a severely strained calf muscle and he’s been outstanding to work with. Since then, we’ve not only continued to work on my calves for injury prevention, but he’s also found and worked on a few other “pain points” that have helped my overall mobility and improved my workouts. I have been training with Kurt for about 15 months. Over that time I have managed to loose 25 pounds and 7% body fat. His knowledge and training approach can help set goals and benchmark individual successes along the way. Kurt is a vital cornerstone of my fitness journey which focuses on wellness, mobility, strength and power. His knowledge in both personal training and sports medicine allows me to push myself physically while being mindful of injury. If you are looking for a trainer who will push you to new heights in conditioning, athletic performance and functional strength I would highly recommend trying a session.

Kurt is friendly, fun, educated and kind. He makes me and my partner feel super comfortable. I find myself actually looking forward to working out, which isn’t something I’ve always felt. The studio he works at is so easy to find, the parking is great too. Besides personal training he also offers physical therapy, and has made a world of a difference in my partner’s shoulder and agility. I can’t wait to see him for my next session!

Kurt is wonderful! He is great with teens and adults. I personally see him weekly for PT work on my shoulder. He has a wealth of knowledge and is always eager to share the why behind his methods. I am finding more long term results from his unique approach to PT. Kurt also works with my 14 year old son, he did some PT work with him when he was experiencing tendonitis in his knee and now he sees Kurt once a week for personal training. My son always enjoys the workouts, which are focused on strength and agility to support all of his athletic activities, my son plays football, basketball and baseball. In addition, Kurt has been super helpful educating my 14 year old on what type of workouts and exercises will be most beneficial to him at this stage in his development. I highly recommend Kurt if you are looking for a trainer or physical therapist that is extremely in tune to what is best for your body.

I worked with Kurt for just over a year and only stopped because I moved out of state. Kurt is fantastic! He helped me with my mobility issues and rehabilitated my shoulder to the point where I could do pull-ups for the first time in over a decade (I couldn’t even dead hang with my shoulder beforehand). He helped me achieve fitness goals that I had been unable to reach on my own. I highly recommend Kurt to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

After hip replacement and two foot surgeries, I really needed a trainer who could help me get fit without causing more problems. Kurt is wonderful. I’ve been working out twice a week for a year and feel stronger and more fit than I have years. Now I can keep up with my young grandchildren! Kurt is awesome! My husband and I have our workout sessions together with Kurt. He has helped us build our strength and reach our goals to go on longer, more difficult hikes this past year. He puts together a workout that both of us can do together, while also being mindful of past injuries we’ve had. Can’t say enough good things about Kurt.
