I have been very impressed with my sessions working out with Doug. I haven’t worked out consistently for over a decade, so I needed a program that would work for me, my schedule and my current skill level. Doug has done an excellent job helping me build my strength up and after a couple of months I feel better than I have in my adult life. (Mentally & Physically) Can’t wait to see how I feel a couple months from now! Doug is fantastic! I’ve been going to him for about 6 months now and I’ve noticed a significant change in my energy levels and strength! He caters his sessions around injuries and skill level for each client, and if I’m hurting somewhere he always adjusts the sessions on the fly to make sure I don’t make my injury worse! He’s also extremely flexible with my schedule which is so appreciated!
