Such a great gym! The hi and lo room concept is the perfect combo of everything you want in a gym; HIIT, yoga, burn and stretching classes for recovery. Instructors and staff are motivating and welcoming. The SF community is unmatched.

There are so many great things about Sweat Forum, but the instructors, community, music, workouts themselves, and the quality of equipment are at the top. The Hi and Lo rooms offer a balanced approach. Hi Room classes are challenging every single time, and the Lo room classes are a great way to switch up your workouts and allow for recovery (depending on the class you take!) I truly look forward to every workout at Sweat Forum. Easily the best gym in KC!!

Sweat Forum is my favorite workout in KC. The combination of classes in the HI and LO rooms provides a great variety of workouts and every single instructor is amazing. The group workout setting is high energy and fun and I look forward to walking through those doors every day. These workouts are for every fitness level - I’ve taken them nine months pregnant and three months postpartum - and I was able to tailor them to what my body needed at the time with the help of the instructors. There are days that my hour at class is the only hour I have to myself and I couldn’t be more grateful for the community and energy that Sweat Forum provides every day.

There is nothing I enjoy more than starting my mornings at Sweat Forum. The owners have created the perfect combination of high intensity and low-impact workouts so there is something for everyone. I love that the classes are only 50 minutes so you can be in and out and on your way.I'm usually a hi room attendee, and the classes are intense and challenging, but all the coaches know just when to give you that extra boost of motivation. The energy in the hi room is infectious, and the workouts are extremely effective. The lo room is a great way to slow things down when I need a change or break from the high intensity classes. I especially love the Burn classes which are challengng too, especially under those infrared panels.Overall, Sweat Form is an amazing gym, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone!

This gym offers a unique blend of high-intensity and low-impact workouts that keep me challenged and motivated. The 50-minute classes are the perfect length to fit into my busy schedule, and the instructors are top-notch.The high room classes, like Arete and lift, are intense and challenging, but the energy in the room is infectious. The low room classes, like Yoga and burn, are a nice contrast to the high room workouts. I love that they're taught under infrared panels, which give off a gentle heat that helps me relax and sweat out toxins.Overall, Sweat Forum is a great gym for anyone looking for a well-rounded fitness experience. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the workouts are effective and fun. I highly recommend giving this gym a try!

I am a big fan of Sweat Forum! Courtney, Steph, Jackie, and Jackie (and the rest of the coaches) have created an amazing environment that pushes everyone each and every day. The classes are challenging, but the coaches do a great job of bringing the energy and making it as fun as possible. We are there to push ourselves, but the energy and excitement in the studio makes the time fly by and brings out the competitors in all of us. I also love the variety in the schedule. There are many different styles of workouts and classes. There is literally something for everyone, and I enjoy the opportunity to challenge myself in new ways. I appreciate the entire SF Team for always motivating me out of my comfort zone. They provide the push I just don't want to make on my own!

Sweat Forum has been my fitness “home” since December 2021. The combination of the HI and LO rooms gives you so much variety. The instructors push you and encourage you each and every class. The music is always on point too! It’s everything you could ever want in a fitness community. You WILL be hooked!
