The Foundation Liberty 24hr Gym

Let me just preface this by saying I love this gym and the atmosphere. Amazing free weight selection and power racks. It's also super close to my house which is great too (plus 24/7). Fair pricing as well. HOWEVER, as of late, I've noticed a lot of machines and equipment that are damaged and not being fixed. Several machines (weights and cardio) are really on their last leg and have been repaired numerous times but continue to breakdown. It would be nice to see some of this equipment replaced in general. Obviously this isn't something you can do overnight, but there have been several occasions where I want to use a particular piece of equipment and it's either a) broken again since last being fixed or b) not been fixed at all. Just today, I went to four different cardio machines before finding one that actually worked. The lying hamstring is yet again broken. etc. Aside from this, a really solid place that I enjoy training in day after day.

Clean and lots of equipment to use.Wish they had more towels to use. But i assume they're trying be "green" however with working out wiping up sweat is just more sanitary.Love everything else except that!

I've only been going here for a short Period of time so far but I Is honestly enjoy It. Has a lot of equipment in different areas that you can train plenty of cardio machines, plenty of squat and bench racks. You have different ways to work your body, you're not limited

Soo glad I ended up choosing this gym. Staff is great and so is the equipment. Also not sure I have ever been ok with not wearing my headphones in the gym. Music playlist is fire!

Great equipment, never too crowded, good rates. Whenever a machine breaks, they usually have it fixed quickly as well.Make sure you bring headphones and your own audio source, however. The owners insist on playing continuous mumble rap over the main audio system throughout the building and it is grating and annoying to the point of distraction if you're trying to work out. Why people insist on wanting everyone to listen to that in public is a mystery to me.

Let me just start by saying this gym is my absolute favorite. I’ve tried major name gyms in the metro and would still pick this out of all of them. This gym has everything you need if you are just starting your fitness journey and they have everything you could need for advance lifters. The gym is never to crowded and everyone I’ve meet here is very friendly including staff. Only downside is they don’t have a pool/ hot tub but I don’t really go to the gym for those anyways. They do have tanning if you are looking for that. The equipment here is very nice and they have equipment I’ve never seen in other gyms. If you’re looking for a new gym come and get a tour of this place! I definitely recommend it. Also this is a 24/7 hour gym!

Great place to get a good workout. They have a lot of room and equipment even on a busy day there’s always equipment available. Options here are pretty much limitless.Unfortunately, I signed up my membership sep/oct 2022 I believe I don’t know exactly off the top of my head. When I signed up everything was fine or seemed fine. Somehow my information for my account didn’t work and hadn’t been paying my monthly fee. It’s now Wednesday January 25/2023 months later. I received a phone call Monday 1/23/23 about my membership and my payment not being received. Then explaining the amount I owe. I can’t say the exact number of times I used the facility but I know I wasn’t a regular. Now that I’m finally getting comfortable at the gym. I find this out. I spoke to Lucas. He was calm and understanding he seems like a cool guy. Definitely was trying to help me out. I don’t think I’ll be able to continue my membership due to my situation but don’t be discouraged. It is a great gym and atmosphere! I’d definitely come back in the future!

Update: The issue with the treadmills stopping in mid-stride has been resolved, the owner reached out to me via phone number to verify. More circuits were added as a preventative measure, to my experience, it has not happened since my original review was posted.Overall it is a very clean and competitive atmosphere, I would love to see more lockers added if possible to the restrooms.

Best gym(s) and owners in the game! Being at TF feels like visiting family. From their clean and diverse equipment, incredible coaches and staff, to the amazing kid care that my infant daughter attends- TF has it all!
