Kind of pricey. However you pay for what you get. I've been to almost every gym from here to Alabama and this is the most inclusive community I've ever seen. It's a pleasure to be a part of it.

This gym is absolutely amazing. Ricky, Loren, Alexis & Matt are some of the best people in Kansas City community. I highly recommend this place for anybody that is looking for a gym.

I work a lot and the 24-hour access to the gym is amazing. The staff is very friendly the equipment is new, facility is clean and the gym members have excellent gym etiquette I love this place!!!

Very impressive gym and atmosphere. By far the cleanest gym and most friendly staff. The owners are so welcoming and helpful. And Jason the front desk guy is incredible!! He’s always cleaning!!! But never to busy to help or answer questions.

Best gym in kc!Working out has always been apart of my life, before moving to the foundation I thought all gyms were the same. After moving to the foundation I soon realized how how wrong I was. The gym has everything I need to train like a powerlifter, bodybuilder, or a true athlete! The Community here is best described as a family everyone here wants to see you do your best for yourself and all the staff is always welcoming and they all have a plethora of knowledge even on things outside of the gym.

Great people, great equipment, great environment. i’ve been gym hopping on and off for the past 4 years and i think i’ve found a place to stay. matt and alexis truly care about health and wanting to see people super-ceed their goals. all the trainers/staff, especially Lucas make you feel extremely welcome as soon as you walk in the door. no complaints.

Great gym with a great atmosphere. Constantly buying new equipment making the your membership more valuable. Great workers, such as Lucas and Clarissa. Coming to the Foundation is always a great day!

This is the best gym in the northland (and surrounding areas) hands down! The staff is so helpful and kind. Everyone will make it a point to know your name or to interact with you in some way.I really like that there’s a wide variety of equipment and it’s a place for amateurs and pros alike.I love the Kid’s Corner and so does my baby! Also, the bulldog cuddles are a big plus!
