Zone 6 Fitness

Zone 6 is by far the most favorite gym facility I have ever been too. I have been training here with Ashley since April. She does an amazing job of holding me accountable and changing up my routine from week to week. Everyone at the gym is super friendly and the staff does a good gob of keeping the gym and locker rooms clean. Hint. The chocolate frosty shake is amazing.

I have been going to Zone 6 for about 3 months now and I like it way more than the gym I was at mostly because there is an option to take classes whereas my last gym didn't have that. The staff is amazing and committed to helpojg you reach your fitness goals and they always say hi to you the minute you walk through the door. I looked at a lot of gyms before I chose to join Zone 6 and I can say with absolute certainty that they care about you as a member, not just what you pay for your membership.

Zone 6 Fitness is the most state of the art gym in Kansas City and the surrounding area. They have everything you could possibly want in a gym, and there's more stuff coming! Clean, welcoming, and they have staff that know what they are talking about. Well done!

Latest in fitness technology and fitness science. All the employees are very knowledgeable to include the people behind the juice bar....even they have degrees! All classes are free. Everyone is in a good mood! Very clean. They are adding 13000 sq. ft. of space where they will have MMA Training and Free Weights. ( Can't wait for that). It's set for completion in August. They also have a Perks program to get free stuff! I'm excited about talking about it! Gotta get ready to go! See you there!

Nice and courteous staff, this facility is really high quality and has plenty of equipment that my gym at home in St.Louis doesn't have. I got a $15/day pass since I was traveling to KC for the weekend. Got there at 7am and was training within minutes. The Jacob's Ladder was something I had heard about but never seen, I only lasted a few minutes. I didn't use the sled on the AstroTurf but I should've, made use of the 25 pound mace in between sets. Only complaint is the lack of selection for bar attachments for cable rows and curls. I'm used to the straight bar with the D handles on each end, but I made it through with the standard wide bar. Will be sure to make this my gym away from home anytime I visit the area!

This is by far the cleanest and most modern fitness facility I have ever seen! I travel all over the United States for work and have seen plenty of gyms and none compare to this one, do yourself a favor and check it out. Oh, and be sure you check out their smoothie bar after your workout. They offer REAL nutritious smoothies, not just sugar filled treats, something your body NEEDS post workout. Lastly, everyone there seems genuinely concerned about helping me reach my fitness goals vs just taking my money...I love it!

I've been a member for over a month now. After being out of a consistent gym schedule for about 5 years I was looking for a place where I could really dig in and make some major steps toward improving my health. I can say I've definitely found that at Zone6. Everyone is super helpful and down to earth. There are so many classes to choose from as well as machines and the wealth of knowledge the trainers provide is incredible. The facility is beautiful and clean. The environment is warm and welcoming. I can't wait to see how it grows as a business and a part of the community.

I love this place! They have an amazing variety of equipment so I never feel as though my workouts are monotonous or boring. I originally signed up because I have always want to take a cycling class and I was not disappointed. Melissa and Rasha have challenged me while also being super patient and supportive of my fitness goals. All of their staff are nice and encouraging and take the time to help you with anything you need. So happy with this gym. It is by far the best I have ever joined!

Great Gym! By far the cleanest facility i've ever been in. Extremely friendly staff, great atmosphere and smoothie bar. This gym has tons of free weights, benches and racks with the addition of a turf, and plenty of machines. Great for both beginners and the pros.

I have been at this gym for about a month and it has been amazing! Everyone is so friendly and truly cares about you meeting your goals. The equipment and classes are fantastic! The gym is also extremely clean and kept up! You have to try it out!
