When I first joined last year, it was a great gym. Staff was very helpful, machines and equipment were kept operable and clean, paper towel holders were always filled, and access to equipment was easily obtained. This year is very different. Maybe it’s new management but the gym has significantly gone down. Paper towel holders are always empty, antibacterial spray bottles are broken or empty, machine rep. counters are never working, employees are never at the desk, and it is always crowded! Definitely a visible change from last year. The gym isn’t kept up like it used to be.

Love the gym itself, and most of the employees are awesome and helpful. There are a few that just seem uninvolved and uninterested in what they do

Very friendly staff! Trent at the front desk helped me with my membership and was very helpful about helping me get my membership started! best service i've ever gotten from a gym!!!

Not from this area, but I travel a lot. I ended up purchasing a one day pass so I can get my workout in. There was this guy named Trent working the front desk. He was one of the most courteous people I've seen. He was extremely kind, and was very willing to accommodate me. He also gave me a lot of recommendations on places to go after working out for food. As well as some local gems for tourism.
