I have been a member of this gym for quite some time, but I can no longer stay silent about the appalling conditions and unprofessional behavior that I've witnessed lately. This gym has reached a new low, and it's time to share my honest feedback.First and foremost, the cleanliness of this place is a disgrace. The gym floor is constantly littered with trash, and the workout machines appear to be in a state of perpetual neglect. It's obvious they haven't been properly cleaned for a long time. And don't even get me started on the bathrooms – they are a horror show. I've encountered the same clump of hair in the shower on my last few visits. That's just unacceptable.To make matters worse, the staff's behavior is nothing short of shocking. Instead of being helpful and professional, they lounge around, cracking inappropriate jokes, and even mocking the gym members. The atmosphere they create is one of discomfort and disrespect.But the icing on the cake is the new manager, Alex. Her attitude is beyond awful. She seems to relish in flaunting her authority and treating members and staff with rudeness. Witnessing her interactions has truly put a bad taste in my mouth. It's a shame that she doesn't channel some of that authority into ensuring the gym's cleanliness and overall improvement.In conclusion, my experience at this gym has gone from bad to worse. It's disheartening to see a place that should promote health and well-being fall so short in terms of hygiene and professionalism. I sincerely hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for the management to address these issues promptly. As it stands, I'm seriously considering taking my membership elsewhere, where I can actually enjoy a clean and respectful environment.

This is your typical "friendly, helpful, gym" when you are signing up. Now that we are cancelling, they refuse to help. I went in and cancelled the membership in May 2023. I asked for a receipt of the cancellation but was told there was nothing to give me and that I would receive an email confirming the cancellation. Never received an email but assumed it may have went to Spam. Currently receiving emails stating that I have a past due amount for the months of June - present. Called the location to ask how could I have past due amounts. The lady said I would have to pay the past due amounts to cancel and that I would have to come in to cancel. I explained I did this already. She said she is unable to help me over the phone. Don't join here unless you want to be given the run around and waste your time.

Worst manager ever I seen in my service industry experience kenner branch assistant manager Alex showed her anger , bossiness rude approach and careless attitude towards clients. I choose to introduce my friend gym she was so disrespectful and bad in her tone / behavior top of that her manager after addressing the whole situation. He told he you did good and bath did say sorry and apologized to their behavior . And Alex told me planet fitness gym is giving better service, membership and price you should join there . She gets pays from club for fitness but prompting planet fitness. So I took her advice and forced to myself not taking this nasty way of treating their Almost one year old client . Few months before also one of staff member stole my bank account information and charging me on my account for two memberships. When I found out I had very bad experience to resolve and I had to take complaint to the police action then they took that matter seriously. So be aware to get stolen your account information and getting worst manager. Don’t know how she got hired or how after knowing what she is doing to the clients as new assistant manager and kissing clients still there . Waiting for there apologies manager and Alex assistant manager. They owe big time and this way they will shut down soon and the she can be manager for her own anger and rudenessBut she saved me and my friend . Not to deal with them anymore. I canceled my membership and told my bank can’t charge me for nothing .

What is y’all doing man this gym used to be so fire but the water fountains been unusable for like 3 months bro, cables always broken it’s something new being broken everyday. And then everything takes weeks if not months to fix. I’m pretty sure they take a yearly $50 maintenance fee but ion see it be used bruh. This a cool gym bruh but y’all gotta get it together tho frfr bruh come on

Nice place to workout, but my car was stolen from the parking lot in broad daylight last December. Was told there aren't any cameras to see where my car was parked. No one at the front desk when my keys were stolen and no one ever called to try to make the situation right. Was still charged after i told them i wanted to cancel my membership in person

Signed up for this gym since they offered daycare. However Gym is not kept clean and my son didn’t like the daycare. Tried to cancel however can only do that online with member account number. I called to get my account member number I then tried to cancel online and said that the name and member number didn’t match called the gym Back to double check the number they gave me and name was correct, they said it was. I then had to call an 800 number to cancel since the other info they gave me was not working. Finally got through all the automated messages to talk to a person to cancel. I was still going to be charged for July because of 30 day notice that’s in the contract. Well it’s now June and I got charged and said they have nothing of me canceling. So now paying for the month of July and the month of august. Terrible gym will never go back to a club 4 or refer anyone to go.

Here’s a gym that stands out among some of the best. The place is clean, spacious and has a vast array of equipment. I personally use the recumbent cross trainer and when I’m there they always have them available for use.

machines always broken. and never get fixed. we pay a yearly maintenance fee of $50 but i’ve never seen any maintenance done, which could definitely be used especially since there is only 2 working stair masters. front desk workers are always so rude except some. especially the 2 older ladies, don’t even bother asking them for help. staff is always seen cleaning and dusting but i guess it’s just to look busy as the gym is super dirty and dusty.

This gym has a variety of equipment and options to work out that I haven’t experience before. It also has different classes throughout the day and week making it very convenient. However, I was not sure to register to the membership because of the lack of guidance. Luckily I met Michelle! She went above and beyond to assist me on my process as I am new to the city as well! She should be recognize for her grate work. The biggest plus of all is that she is the only Spanish speaker in the entire place and she has empathy to all new members! Bravo Michelle

** This review is for the Harvey location**This gym is absolutely the worst gym in New Orleans, from their deplorable customer service to their rude employees. I genuinely believe they need to close the doors of this Establishment or hire new people that know about customer service. Also, please be advised if your child has autism and is nonverbal, for the safety of your child, please don't leave your child in the care of those unskilled and untrained employees in the kid’s club. The kids club also has a nasty odor and needs to be cleaned. I was told by several of my colleagues not to join, but I went against all odds and joined anyway. I genuinely regret joining this gym; on a good note, my membership lasted less than 30 days.
