Always nice, friendly, helpful staff at Kenner site. Equipment is up to date, and almost always working. (not broken for weeks) . lots of equipment to work with, when others are occupied. Overall pretty clean, glad I moved from my previous gym to PF.

Excellent gym - I have been going here just over a month and I really like it. Lots of equipment, and everything is in complete working order.The staff is very friendly and helpful. They constantly clean everything and provide additional cleaning supplies for the patrons.Changing rooms are very spacious and private. Bathrooms are very clean, too.

Never crowded at the time I go between 11am - 12:30 pm. This location has enough equipment to keep you busy even if the equipment you desire at the time is occupied. They just replaced a ton of their equipment. Before that they've added new things here and there or rearranged equipment so to me that shows they're constantly trying to improve and make our workout experience better. The staff is friendly. John always has a smile on his face and is never too busy to give a proper greeting or goodbye, even when he's training someone.
