Great staff and relaxed vibe. However fairly small space with limited ammenities. Equipment and facilities needs better maintenance.

It's undoubtedly the best gym in the area since it offers one time payment options for 3/6/12 months meaning you get to avoid all the unwanted fees, payment collectors if you fail to pay 1 month etc.I would really recommend opting for a one time payment for months. since the way the membership works is god awful. They copied the same formula club4 uses but not as scammy.The equipment is alright, nothing too fancy but enough to grow and challenge yourself. Maintenance does seem to take a while to take place when something stops working.Reason for my 4 star review is that i believe one time payments are a huge plus!

Great place to work out there’s no link alarm there’s no Karen’s there you can lift how you want there Alway helpful people there to help place has been getting cleaner and fixed up better

Machines and in good condition, but this place is super dirty and bathrooms are awful. I would not recommend until this place gets the proper attention it needs.

This place use to be good but now we don't have paper towels, disinfectant solutions. a least we need three of them on each window like before, the only bottle they put there is only water.customers do not follow the cleaning rules and protecting others from getting contagious with covid or flu, I thinking to give up from this place

My Granddaughter has been trying to cancel her membership but is told she has to go in in person to cancel. But when ever she goes there is no one available nor do they answer the phone when called to set up a meeting.

I used to love the zoo! Stopped coming for a while bc I had surgery, and decided to come back. It is terrible now!! The whole place is really dirty. It seems it hasn't been clean in months!! Yall need to do something about it, specially if there's member thar suffer from dust allergies.

JUST DONT DO IT!!!!! GO SOMEWHERE BETTER!the equipment is always broken the stair master machine been out for months worked for a week now it’s back out ,some treadmills don’t allow you to increase the speed, ellipticals are falling apart and not allowing you to pedal,The girls locker room handicap stall has been out of order for almost a year now, the a/c unit is either not working or when it is working dipping all over creating a hazard and makes the place stink( since it is a gym and no air means hot sweat,etc) and they don’t clean the floorsMake sure you don’t go here i canceled my account and was told it wouldn’t be canceled until 30 DAYS after and in the meantime was charged a annual fee that they expected me pay EVEN THO I HAD CANCELED AND NOT GO TO THE GYM! they tell you it’s in a contract you never see!!!

You can get what you need done in the gym. Also have amazing personal trainers that give you an amazing workout experience. I work out with angelle, her workouts cover the cardio you need as well as feeling ylof accomplished after each work out no matter how tired you are.
