I adore this place! The equipment is a little old but it only adds to the aesthetic of the place. The patrons and owner are both extremely polite and easy-going while a mutual relationship between the patrons and owner keeps the gym neat.

I love this gym I always say it’s an old school style, I love the environment and definitely never felt discouraged. I love the owner Ondra Galloway he’s like family, he’s flexible, and kindhearted and down to earth.

Asked for more info, was told to call. So i did. Only to be asked what time i would like to work out. I said round 8. Then he said they were booked at the time. So i asked what time is it less busy. He answered with “we aren’t taking members we are booked” ... umm okay why waste my time and have me call you?

The owner is awesome friendly knowledgeable, and can personalize a workout for any individual and body type. It is cheap clean and straight forward pricing no yearly club fees on top of monthly dues. You can tell he is in the business for the love of it

This is the kind of gym that every city needs. Cheap price for a large selection of quality machines, and open 24/7 with a personalized passcode. The owner is very knowledgeable and respectable.

Open 24/7 Great place to work out and Mr Galloway has more experience on proper lifting​ than anyone around. He has a wall of body building trophys to prove it. Nice guy
