I like Golds gym! They have plenty of classes for older (50 +) women like me. Water aerobics is fun! The gentle yoga for older people is really good!

Great place to work out. Just need to implement some safety control in the women’s bathroom.. Slip mats would be much appreciated in the women’s locker room

Great staff and large space with well maintained new equipment. They have a pool, sauna, steam room, and bball court as well that is really nice.My only gripe is the rule about no workout clothes allowed in the sauna / steam room not being followed by other members/ not being enforced. Because the rule isn't followed by a lot of members - more so men that I've noticed - it makes me feel uncomfortable to be in the sauna with my bathing suit while I'm next to 2-5 guys in gym clothes. To avoid this feeling I just wrap up with a towel :)Also wish instead of using paper towels to wipe gym equipment with (which most people don't anyways) they would have reusable thin cloths. My old gym, which was massive + had tons of members, had these at the front door and everyone HAD to take one and I think it reminded people to wipe their equipment down because they had the cloth with them. I'm just weird and hate wasting so many paper towels each time I get done with a bench or machine just to properly wipe it off.Its a good gym in general :)

I have been a member I believe for more than 6mos now and mainly go to this location. It has been pretty good so far until there have been more guys taking off their shirts to pose near in the way of everyone that is actually working out. Overheard a few older ladies mentioning how uncomfortable they get when these guys pose in the middle of the gym. I recommend having staff monitor this and not allow this to happen. Members should be considerate of everyone else.Update 06/19/2023: nothing has been done to change things since last review. The same group of people without shirts recording with their tripods are still controlling the gym. A gym should be a place to just workout and get out. Felt like I was on an acting set with tripods cameras everywhere.

The gym is always packed and not enough space to get a good workout in. Needs a much bigger area for free weights.
