Friendly staff! Also, I use oxygen when I work out. I always worry what people think of me but I’ve never felt out of place at Planet Fitness!

It gets worse and worse every time I go. The only positive is it's the cheapest one in town. I have purchased an additional gym membership and only go when I'm low on time. If you have the money go elsewhere. If you don't have the money this place will meet your minimum standards

I like the hours and the availability of the treadmills and equipment. The staff is friendly and the location is always clean. The free weight area does tend to fill up but if you are not into free weights, its all good!

Not 24/7 anymore. At least stay open till 10pm on weekends not 7pm!! Many people work out in evenings!

Went to cancel my membership the day before my bill due date and they still charged me for the next month. Worst customer service experience ever! $25 was charged for nothing even after I haven’t gone in months still paying! Will NEVER return 💯 …

Even after the first of the year, when NY resolutions usually mean a person can't find a piece of equipment open at a regular gym, PF has had open ellipticals, bikes, rowers, and treadmills with adequate airflow and spacing. Had to wait a little for certain weight machines, but enough open ones it was easy to just pick a different one. Club and members do a good job cleaning equipment. ❤️
