Out of the top 10 gyms in Kenosha, they are #2 in urinal cleanliness. Also it’s a great place to pickup tips on lifting. For example, look at this triceps extension. Put the seat up as high as it can go and the max out the weight so you can use every muscle in your body!

Special thank you to Jacqueline for addressing the check in issue for the benefit of all of us. 😊 **** Why has the original Regional Manager recently returned to this location? Is it just temporary? I hope so. I had recently removed my Google review from last year, in good faith, because at that time I believed positive changes had been made. Now, this same man who denied I was being harassed by another member, who allowed him to continue harassing me for months despite many written complaints from me, and who tried to get me to cancel my membership because I had complained, has been allowed to return to this same location! Why? Who thought this was a good idea? Are women going to have to return to skulking around to avoid their harassers? Or will they just be expected to retain their memberships but not go to the gym? I have good reason to believe he hasn't changed. I really do hope I'm wrong.

Employees are all great, super friendly and helpful. The gym is well kept and the bathrooms, showers, and locker rooms are really nice and always clean. Great value for a good place to work out

Clean, the associates are always cleaning. Nice layout with a lot of equipment.The high ceilings and air circulation is amazing, it feels like a great big open space.Staff are generally super fun.

Five stars doesn't cut it. The staff is charming courteous and professional. The place is astounding with an abundant of equipment. It's clean and cheerful cheap and uncomplicated. Why would anyone NOT join

I have recently discovered that the former regional manager is back in charge at this location. The same person that allowed harassment and bullying to run wild in the gym. When he was in charge the gym was dominated by men. Now it is about even men and women. I do not see women hiding in the back rooms like before to avoid being harassed. Most people just leave instead of complaining about this. That's what allows a bullying culture to grow. I am afraid with his return the harassment and bullying will return to this gym soon.

Really enjoy this gym, however they really need to install tankless water heaters. Want to take a shower after your workout? We’ll be prepared for less than lukewarm water. I really do not understand why this hasn’t been addressed, fixing this issue alone would have me rate this place 5 stars. They have to understand the desire to take a hot shower after a workout, I’m surprised they didn’t install them from the beginning with the amount of people in and out of here.

I absolutely love Kenosha planet fitness but there are times that people arrive and there’s no one at the front desk I myself have witnessed a gentleman waiting for AWHILE for someone and there was three employees in the black card spa area just talking, the gentleman ended up leaving and as I was leaving myself after my work out there were two ladies waiting at the front desk and again and those three employees were still at the black card spa area. I don’t really think that’s very acceptable. Over all I’m usually satisfied being there but employees should definitely keep a look out when people arrive

Really good sized space. Equipment is spread out well. No bumping into other people. New clean Equipment. Good beginner gym.

This location is very clean. Staff are always roaming cleaning machines and emptying trash. There is a good selection of equipment so even when it’s busy you will have something to do.
