Positive, upbeat atmosphere. The coaches are great! They really work hard to make sure you understand the movements, and they make sure I don't hurt myself by pushing too hard. I really liked the 10-class "on-ramp" program, and have been going to the regular classes for a couple months now. I like that Coach keeps it real - as in I really have to be able to get up and go to work the next day. :-) The class schedule is pretty varied and it's easy to find a class that fits my busy/crazy schedule. I'm hooked!

I love this gym. There were two main reasons I was drawn to Crossfit. 1 - The balance between strength and conditioning, including Olympic style weightlifting. And 2 - the community. You can do Crossfit type of workouts anywhere, but it's the culture in the gym that makes it fun, inspiring and challenging. The owner, Ryan, really makes it a priority to get to know all the members and this place wouldn't be what it is without him. Whether you're just starting out or a seasoned Crossfit veteran, Imperial is the only place you'll want to be.

I've been going to Imperial CrossFit for 5+ years now and I have no complaints. The gym is spacious and has enough equipment. The coaches are helpful and I've met some of my closest friends here throughout the years. I get a workout every time I go in and it's never the same thing two days in a row. It definitely keeps you on your toes and sweating! Come check it out!

Love this gym! The workouts are fun, challenging, and different every day. All the coaches are very friendly and helpful. The onramp courses for beginners are taught by the owner and do an awesome job of teaching you good form and getting you ready for the main classes. There is a great, supportive community. If you're looking to get really fit with a friendly and fun group of people, this is the place to do it!

These guys are amazing! They are motivating, friendly and concentrate of proper form instead of weight amount. You are required to take a 3 day class to learn proper form before you are released to the regular classes. Each workout day is different then the next and if you can't perform one of the exercises, they will scale it down so you can so something similar. Each class is just that, a class and the coaches are there to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. Every person I have met, from the coaches, owner and more advanced members are totally supportive and cheer for each other. I am 200lbs overweight (6'6" tall 450lbs) and I feel like I am part of their group with everyone rooting for me to succeed. This is the type of gym I can stick with. I can tell I wont get bored with just lifting weights and they make them fun. Highly recommend this place!
