This gym is a gem of a place! My 6 yr old cousin did a beginner class on Saturday and she was so happy with the enthusiastic coaches. The facility itself is amazing and they are being very covid safe with following all the necessary protocols. I would highly recommend, so worth it!

We've never experienced poorer customer service at a gym than here. They clearly care a lot more about money than customers as we experienced this poor customer care on every level of staff. The won't allow your child to do a make up day that is anywhere near equivalent to the day you lost, and if you miss more than one day (even due to their error, as was our situation) they will only give you ONE HOUR make up time for the multiple DAYS that you missed. Truly pathetic, I had to call a million times to get ahold of anyone and they sure take their sweet time getting back to you. I had to work so hard to get even that hour make up time and plenty of our money was flushed down the toilet. I've been told that many families are fleeing this gym for better locations and I understand why now. I will always warn parents about the treatment we received here!!

I had my sons birthday here last weekend. It was amazing the staff was extremely helpful. I don't remember the young lady's name who organized everything, but she definitely went above and beyond with customer service. I would definitely recommend this gym for partys.

Attention Attention to everyone wants to register this school, they are so bad.they stole my money, they send charge bill every month, and i pay and told them please cancel the membership, they say ok you fin no more charge we cancel it, and I receive a new charge bill. This is bad service. Do not treat with them at all

This school has a stupid staff at their customer service. I canceled the membership two months ago, and I still receive charges on my mail box. I told her cancel the class , she said yes, everything is done, don't worry. She is stupid she still send me more charge. I will never register this school. When they have their competition events here the seating is horrible. You would think with how much every one pays for their kids to do this the seating would be better. And why does it cost hundreds of dollars a month and you can't let me attend my kids events for free??

Metropolitan has a phenomenal gymnastics program with coaches who are very educated about the sport of gymnastics. The staff is very nice and exceedingly interactive with the kids. The facility is wonderful, too!
