Great free weight area with squat racks and deadlift pads aplenty.

Definitely cannot support the current Soldier population. Even with one of the Brigades gone this one still is too small.

If you are looking for traditional lifting this fitness center is your place. This gym is quite spacious and very cleaned. Staff is respectful and friendly. There’s a variety of free weights and diverse options of machines for different workouts. Their focus is strength building and cardio. They also have two racket ball courts and a physical therapy room for those who need it. You can bring your cloths and stored it in the lockers they have but bring a lock if you want to keep it safe they’re not responsible for lost gear/cloths. SHOWERS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE, however they are open showers. Parking lot with disable area and also ramp access to entrance.

I really enjoy going to this gym. Besides the great staff that is here, the equipment is top notch. Never really have a problem of waiting for equipment because there are plenty of things to do as well as the use of the equipment is very clean.

Love this place, with all the new equipment they got in there it is great. They are still trying to figure out the layout of things and are constantly moving things around but when you go here on off hours when it's not busy it's great.

Great gym. Clean, organized and the staff is very nice but lately (as of 12/6/21), soldiers are not wearing mask while working out. I mean no mask at all. Last I checked, this is mandated by III Corps and leadership in the gym while working out (Officers & NCO's) don't wear it, so they certainly are not going to enforce it. The civilian staff should not enforce something that the leadership working out at the gym should be doing. Clocks on the walls would be nice.

While the equipment at Warrior Way is nicer, the staff at Grey Wolf is way better! They’re always friendly, respectful and make you glad you went there instead of Warrior Way. The staff are ALWAYS cleaning the gym, wiping things down, mopping etc can’t say I’ve seen staff cleaning at warrior way.

It's really good. Better than what I expected. However, this gym is missing some equipment. Some bench press machines are missing a barbell bar. Some equipment is a little bit outdated (but work perfectly fine) not enough squat machines and inclined bench press.

This gym sucks. They were closed for about three months for...? Literally nothing had changed, all they added was a new deadlifting platform..just one....but they bought enough weights for two platforms. It’s usually full and busy after work hours so good luck getting in a good workout.
