I have visited 3 other locations and this one is by far the best. The staff is so welcoming and helpful and always calls us by name I truly enjoy going to the gym thanks killeen crunch

Trash gym that commits fraud. Even after you cancel, they still continue to charge you and every time I call them, they just tell me that it must be a mistake because it shows up as my subscription is indeed cancelled and that they have not charged me.

I wanted to tour the gym but couldn't wait around for unknown time. Only one person working and they stayed on the phone the whole time. Hopefully they get their staffing issue fixed soon so folks can check out the facilities.

Solid gym, but unless you intend to constantly use the extra classes, GET THE BASIC MEMBERSHIP. otherwise it is a waste of money.

What I don’t understand is why they make it so difficult to cancel your membership you can’t go online and cancel you can’t callIn and cancel but you have to waste gas to go up there and cancel the membership in person which is completely unfair do better about this some people don’t have time to be coming up to a gym and cancelling

I liked it at crunch fitness. It is open 24-7 the people are Great.. thank you for the buisness and what it has to offer. IT IS WORTH IT. The only bad thing that ever happened was somebody ended up with the same tag and it blocked me from my tanning sessions..Bummer !!!
