When I went it was calming and they gave directions but also made it clear that every movement was up to us and what we felt we could do. I've never really done yoga before but it was nice. Nice place too!

Awesome and friendly staff, great instruction, beautiful location, fantastic facilities with state-of-the-art heat technology, mats, etc., safe protocols during COVID, very affordable prices and membership rates. I could go on. Essentially this place is yoga perfection.

Life Moves Yoga has a great variety of classes and all are incredible. The instructors are knowledgable and always creating incredible flows. I feel great after every class and love practicing here. It is not just a studio but a yoga community where anyone can feel comfortable practicing. They are taking extra care during this time to keep clients safe and healthy.

This place is amazing! Everything from the owners, to the instructors and just the overall environment is so welcoming. I didn't feel intimated going and they do an incredible of working with you to help you feel comfortable through each step. I came out feeling great and look forward to my next session. This is the go to yoga studio in Central Texas!
