Love this place! Beautiful mesmerizing wall mural in the studio. Amazing yoga instruction. Caring staff who adapt the poses for each individual student as needed - whether you're young and fit - or old and stiff and not so nimble. Can't wait to do my next class there!

Went to the basic yoga class and meditation class with Stephanie! It was amazing! She was a fantastic instructor. I had never been to a meditation class and it was surreal. My heart rate got down to 51 which is lower than when I get into rem sleep. Both classes were therapeutic physically and mentally. Definitely the place to go for Yoga and Meditation in the killeen/harker heights area

Each instructor has their own style and no two classes are exactly alike. With the variety of instructor and class styles, virtually anyone can find a practice that suits them. It’s so wonderful having a safe, clean and comfortable space to practice yoga in Killeen. As a bonus, it always smells great in there too!
