I appreciate the instructor and the teachings that is provide. The kids learn structure and discipline over time, and are excited when they accomplish goals and achieve new levels.

The few month’s I was here was life changing for me. I was going through depression and going to class was the highlight of my week. The instructor is teaching the little ones but, also adults about self-discipline, confidence and respect for others. My son has been attending Martial Zen under Sifu Henderson for almost three years. Not only did my sons athletic ability improve but so did his stamina, discipline, respect. That's not to mention how cool some of the knowledge he is learning like counting in a foreign language. We liked it so much my whole family participates now. Highly highly recommend for ALL ages and physical capabilities.

I enrolled my son back in December and today I had a parent teachers conference and the things she said amazed me ! My son had some disciplinary and behavioral issues at school and at home . In just a little over a month and a half my son has become the most improved in school and he has definitely improved at home and helps around the house. He’s eager to do his homework and is always saying “yes ma’am “. We are working on getting his black belt now. Trust the process!! This program is definitely a game changer for your child!! He keeps his class fun, energetic, and puts his foot down when needed ! I would give 10 stars if I could

Mr. Henderson is an awesome instructor. He works so well with my youngest son and daughter. He shows great patience and I appreciate how he disciplines the kids: it is stern, fair, and effective. You can tell he enjoys working with kids and that he simply enjoys what he does. I appreciate his gift. Thank you Mr. H. and thank you Martial Zen.

My daughter got my second daughter so enthusiastic about Karate that she now has a orientation scheduled! My daughter loved going from the moment she did the orientation and looks forward to it every day. We both like the atmosphere and attention they give each student (not to much but just what they need in that moment).
