Strike and submit is amazing 👏 😍 🙌We just moved here and decided to enroll at this place. My kids go everyday they offer classes because they love it so much. Aaron is fantastic and has great methods to help the children develop techniques not just go through the motions. The community is very welcoming and friendly.

Great instructors, especially for kids. They taught my son, who was only 4 at the time, so much in way of jujitsu and wrestling. Phil and Shane were amazing. The only reason we are still not here is because we moved. Love and miss this place.

To be honest there isn’t enough space here to write all the amazing things about SAS. If you are looking for a great gym with amazing teaching, coaching and a family atmosphere please check SAS out. The kids training is top notch and it shows at every tournament that SAS attends. No matter what you are looking for SAS has it. Aaron and all of the coaches at SAS are the best and take the time to make sure each child and adult get the best training possible.

I had a great time here. The coaches were welcoming and knowledgeable. The other gym members were friendly and open to all skill levels. The thing I was most impressed by was the number of people who stayed after classes to continue training and the number of coaches who also stayed to keep assisting. 10/10 would go back again.

Went to the YMCA program and S.A.S gym for a month and half with my daughter. Too much waisted time. The main reason why we left is that the whole time we were there, my daughter was not once introduced to anybody, not even the coaches. Of course my daughter eventually became familiar with one of the coaches, but still doesn't know the name of the other instructor or any other students. Not once did anybody try to speak with her. Not a good way to make a 8 year old feel welcomed. Sorry SAS, I gave it a solid go. I appreciate the effort Aaron.

This has been such a great gym ! I have never fought before or taken any sort of fighting classes so it's been a new experience for me . The coaches are AMAZING and are so good at what they do. They make it easier to learn the techniques and skills. I look forward to going to the gym everyday after work because I know I'm going to learn a lot and get bad ass training in! I feel so welcomed there . I love how there are so many different styles of fighting you can learn there too . It's just an all around great gym.

My son loves days where he gets to go to class. My husband did his research and did an awesome job finding this place! My son will be coming for as long as possible! The teachers are so patient and helpful making sure the students learn the right techniques and safety measures to prevent injury while learning discipline and how to protect themselves. I am very happy with SAS and will probably be placing my daughter into classes when she is old enough!

It has been the best decision I could have ever made for myself to decide to train here! SAS offers a warm, familial atmosphere where anyone, from absolute beginner to seasoned veteran can find training tailored to his/her abilities and drive. The coaches are knowledgeable, with years dedicated to not only their individual arts, but others as well. Fellow students are supportive and motivating, regardless of experience. This is no cold, ego-driven gym. Everyone who walks through the door is greeted with an outpouring of camaraderie. The kids classes are always bustling, and the adult classes and bootcamp are focused, but fun. Whether you're looking to lose weight, to compete, or to eventually fight, SAS has everything you need!

This is a fantastic place to train in the Martial Arts. It's very clean and family oriented and everyone is very welcoming. I hold three different black belts and have over twenty years of involvement in the martial arts myself and this is the ONLY place I want my son to train at, so that should tell you something of the quality of the instructors. These guys are true martial artists who still teach respect for peers and parents. Belts are not just handed out at Strike And Submit Martial Arts and Fitness they are truly earned and safety is of the utmost priority. My son absolutely loves going to class and asks if he can go every day. They even offer Zumba for the ladies.I have nothing but good things to say about it. They offer a trial period for you to try it out and even a free month if you bring in your canceled contract from any competing gym you may presently be enrolled in...so it's a no-lose situation.
