Armor Gym

Armor gym is without a doubt the best gym in Knoxville, both in general and every category; strength, cardio, hypertrophy, all can be accomplished. They are constantly updating their equipment and adjusting to the the needs of their customers. Iain, the Assistant-GM, has gone above and beyond. This gym will help you stay true to your goals. It is hard to workout in gyms where the vibe is "lets eat pizza afterwards," the guys & ladies in this gym get after it, no excuses. That enjoinment alone should be enough to ignore every other gym. This gym is filled with every type of person looking to better themselves. Few bonus; in-door track, outside area, energy drink bar, fridge that the customers can use for their own drinks, and tons of support equipment; belts, pads, etc. One more shout-out to Iain, give that man a raise!

Overall, the best gym experience I’ve ever had. The Arsenal equipment sets this gym apart from anywhere else in Knoxville. Even as a UT student, I make the drive every day because it’s worth it. Highly recommend.

Just joined this gym recently and love everything about it! The equipment is amazing, the staff is super friendly, and the entire atmosphere as a whole is amazing! Highly Recommend if you’re in the Knoxville Area!

This is the best gym in Knoxville if you ask me. The staff is friendly even at 4am the equipment is amazing and the environment itself is amazing. Definitely glad I made this my home gym!

Easily the best training facility around, stopped by for a 3 day pass while traveling for a very reasonable price. Would 100% make this my home gym If I lived in the area. Diego at the front desk is as good as they get. 10000/10

I would give it 5 stars if the person opening on Sundays would actually open up on time. I've been sitting in the parking lot for 35 min.

Awesome place to train for folks of all levels, and for lifters of just about any type. Lots of space for Olympic lifters, powerlifters, and bodybuilders alike to reach their goals!

I visited this place on our yearly vacation to Tennesse from Jersey. I could not be more happy with it. Amazing atmosphere especially if your a serious liter/powerlifter/Olympic lifter. I wish they had more gyms like this in New Jersey. Tons of power racks, 4 deadlift platforms. They even have a monolift and westide bRbell machines. I can't say enough good things about this gym.

Lots of great Arsenal equipment. Outfitted well in that department, best equipment in a gym in Knoxville by far. Not the solely strength training/powerlifting gym it used to be. New ownership has brought a bigger rig in and more cross fitters (and a ton of new bars, kettlebells, and other great stuff). Not a bad thing, just worth noting if you were here years ago the vibe is a bit different. Doors open more, always hot. Peak hours are definitely peak. It’s packed when the kids are out of school and folks get off work. If you can dodge those busy hours, it’s the sweet spot!Not a better gym in town if you need strength/bodybuilding workouts!
