Love this gym! Fantastic staff, Cassidy and Allie are always so nice and actually know my name vs huge box gyms where they don’t really care about members. Parkwest is incredibly clean and hardly any people here during the time I go which is a plus. Would highly recommend if you love the small gym family feel.

The manager is awesome, very helpful, and a great personal trainer! Some new paint inside the gym recently, nice clean facility.

Dirty. No different than what it used to be when it went out of business previously due to lack of custodial care. Bathrooms do not get cleaned. Most of the plates are damaged, just like they were when they purchased the place from the previous owner who also neglected the place.
