This is a great place! I started working out here before I was pregnant in a women's fitness class. I worked out my entire pregnancy with guidance from Coach Mo. Now my son takes multiple classes here. Coach Mo is great with teaching not only great technique, but also teaching how to be a good person as well. He teaches the boys respect for parents, peers, teachers, coaches. All around excellent place for kids and adults. I highly recommend Rhynos Gym!
