old style gym- hubby loves it, has the weights he needs. Some things need repaired, could use a fresh makeover.... tanning bed is pointless. Good for true weight trainers/lifters. love 24/7 access... staff was always nice.... 18 month contract, locked in, costs more than most places... but we feel its worth it.... Quiet, good etiquette by most members, always open and easy to get and out w a good workout between!

The staff all seems friendly and it’s very clean. I’ve been a member for a couple years. They have a great variety of equipment from which to chose and almost anybody could find something they like to do.I feel like any gym needs a towel service and it seems odd not to have one. The equipment gets fixed slowly sometimes and the restroom/locker room could use a facelift but other than that it’s a great place to work out.It’s neither the closest nor most convenient gym to my house, but I still keep going because I like it here.

This gym is so overpriced for what it is. You pay 30 a month for one person. This compares to every gym in town. About a year ago it wasn't so bad. The staff was friendly and classes were good and they also offered personal training. The equipment is old and out dated. Not to mention half their cardio machines do not work. They discontinued towel services due to towels missing. They're two dollar towels. They want to charge a 65 dollar Fee twice a year for "updates" yet everything is old and nothing ever works. They change the staff too much and they're not friendly. The owner isn't so friendly either. Every time I call and ask questions regarding my membership, the staff is rude and not helpful. A few positives are that it is open 24/7 and they do offer free weights and cardio. It is pretty empty most of the time. But I think the negatives outweigh the positives. I think the gym is way too overpriced for what it is.
