This is the best gym in Winter Haven. The manager here creates an atmosphere similar to the show "Cheers". Come say hi to the staff and you'll see. The manager also stays on top of getting things fixed as needed. It is smaller than most gyms, but it does have everything you need to do cardio and hit every muscle group.Does it cost more than Just Move? yes, but its worth it.Just Move sucks. Nobody puts weights back. Teenaged girls walk around baring it all. If you say hi to most of their staff, the best you'll get back is a zombie-sounding "hey". Just Move is always crowded so you endlessly have to wait for equipment. When they have damaged or worn out equipment, nobody seems to care.That's why Anytime Fitness is my happy place. I recommend it to anybody.

The staff and trainers are legit. They are enthusiastic and help push you the way you want! They care about you as a person - not a dollar maker. From one on one sessions to group trainings, everyone is there to help you strive to achieve your goals and build excitement around what could be an intimidating environment for anyone who has never been in a gym environment. This is my first gym and I couldn't be more pleased and comfortable with the atmosphere doing my thing. Thank you all!
