Champions mma is a family friendly environment. My wife and I both attend classes here and love it. They make you feel right at home with high quality instruction and a great atmosphere. I would highly recommend anyone from children to Adults. If you want to lose weight, learn self defense, or fight mma there is a class for everyone. The head instructor is very knowledgeable, and a man of integrity. If you want the best quality of instruction well this is the place for you.

I like to think of this location as more of daycare for younger kids and mixed martial arts for orchids and above.Set my child here one summer a couple years ago and lots of fun activities were provided however the martial arts training was lacking. Conversely I would expect the inverse to be true for the older kids during the summer. No major complaints everyone was nice perhaps a bit overworked but that might be the mark of a good start up.

Great place! the staff becomes family...my son was bullied 5 years ago so I signed him up to champions, he's been there every since and his confidence level increased so much and now I feel secure knowing he can protect himself. It also helped his ADHD..This year I'm signing up my daughter as well...the aftercare and training are awesome!!!
