Chris is very knowledgeable and tough. Every workout is different. It maybe painful but is never boring. He pushes me to do exercises that I could not do by myself. I would recommend him to anyone that wants a serious workout.

I’ve been taking Pilates here for some time now and I love the way my body feels after each class. Every instructor teaches very differently. Allison is definitely one of my favorites. One instructor I feel to avoid is Chris. When I take his class it feels like boot camp and I always hurt after, but not in a good way. There are times in his class that I’m too scared to do an exercise because it doesn’t seem safe and my body says no. The only reason I take his class is because of the time that works for my schedule. I don’t know where Chris learnt Pilates but it’s certainly not true Pilates. I recently heard that another member fell off a reformer in his class because they were standing on one leg and broke their leg and hip and had to have major surgery. Nobody says anything because he’s the manager. I know the owners are men and probably very focused on just making money but keeping people safe should be a top priority!

Love these guys! They're so welcoming and lead some really fantastic work outs.I used to study classical Pilates out west, and I miss some of the more complicated exercises, but they're they only place who have pushed me to improve my terrible teaser! I think that this element is because I was taking large group classes. I love that in the group classes that most of the instructors really do focus on safety. I am not the biggest fan of when instructors try to turn Pilates into a cross fit session... I haven't run into that too often here... but you find that at a lot of studios. They also offer privates and semi-private where I am sure they teach some of the more "OMG I JUST DID THAT" exercises taken in the slow but challenging Pilates pace.I was a member for a long time, but the classes schedules didn't line up with the way my work day was structured... so I could only get into classes that fill up very quickly. But I really miss these guys and hope once I move closer that I can start up going a few times a week again.

I’m giving three stars, because the instructors are motivational and I enjoyed most of the classes. Some more than others. As you age you will learn the goal should be to do what you can safely. I do feel my fitness improved while I was here, but I was not a beginner. So I knew how to manage what I could or couldn’t do. They are very careful with the older or pregnant clientele, so kudos for that. I wish I could continue to go here, but I will be living more than 45 minutes away and it’s stressful to try to fit it into my day. Be careful with the cancellation policy. When I was leaving for 8 months, I put in notice to cancel knowing that I would have to pay since I didn’t get it in during the exact billing period. They offered a freeze for free, instead of charging me $15 a month. Since I thought I was coming back and it wouldn’t cost me anything extra, I said sure. So since I canceled in the middle of a billing period I not only had to pay for 30 days notice (my fault don’t canceling earlier), but I had to pay for the rest of the billing period, but again I thought I was coming back. So now, I received a text that my billing would start up soon. I requested a cancellation, because I am to far away and of course I’m getting billed for a month and it doesn’t even start right away so it’s like a month and a half. I won’t even be in the state of Florida until October 15th so I can’t use it. I know this is their policy, and they think they did me a favor by holding my membership for free and it’s not that much money, but really all they ended up doing is getting an extra month of my money for doing nothing. It’s my fault I should have put a calendar reminder on. But if you ever forget things make sure you put a calendar reminder on. That’s all.

A friend tried to get me to start Pilates a year ago! I've been going to Club Pilates in Lakeland for almost a month now, and wish I'd started 10 years ago! If you can imagine cramming a workout, a massage and some breathing exercises, with a dash of endorphins into a single hour, that's what you'll get here in class. And I love the variety each class and instructor have to offer!

I love Club Pilates! Awesome staff and great workouts for all levels of fitness. Enjoying it so much I had to upgrade my membership to unlimited after the first month. If you’re on the fence, TRY IT! You’ll be happy you did!

Club Pilates Lakeland is a fantastic business that Lakeland has needed for a long time. The owners have really built a great environment with professional, fun, and knowledgeable instructors. It is clean and run very well. The app works great to book classes. There are many classes available at convenient times.

I’m now addicted to Pilates! I had never tried Pilates, but so thankful they opened in South Lakeland. Thanks to the welcoming I always receive from front desk host, Lee White.I have loved experimenting with ALL the different classes offered. From Leslie and her mountain climbers In CP Control to Joyce with her Extreme Cardio Sculpt. I joined the first day they opened and actually look forward to my next class!!!

My first class at CP Lakeland was my very first Pilates class ever and I can honestly say that Pilates will forever be a part of my workout routine. I feel it works me out in a fundamentally different way that is so beneficial. The atmosphere is and staff are so welcoming and inviting.

I love Club Pilates Lakeland for many reasons. First off, the club is brand new and so clean. In light of current events, cleanliness is of utmost importance. Secondly, the coaches have different styles so you can take the same class with different people and get a different burn every time! Piggybacking off that, the classes variety is great, and they just added more! And the availability on the schedule is awesome and will work for anyone. The people who work out here are so nice and it’s just a group of individuals trying to better themselves, rather than competing with each other. I feel safe here, and that’s why I keep coming back!
