F45 has been AMAZING! You leave every workout feeling like you had the best workout of your life! The lionheart monitor we use also makes me give myself the extra push I need to meet my goals! The coaches are amazing and the other members make you feel like family! You won’t regret joining!

I've tried so many gyms, even worked at one, and this is by far the best workout out there. Every workout is varied and fun. The coaches are great and work with you on modifications and form in a kind manner. The coaches meet you where your at. There's people ranging in age from 20s to 70s. Seriously, there's no judgement. It really is a welcoming community. If you come even a few times a week, you will see results. It is 100% worth it.

When I found out F45 was finally coming to Lakeland, I was SO excited. I had tried F45 in a S. FL studio before and was immediately hooked. Everyone has been so welcoming and I actually look forward to that 4am alarm clock, so that I can make it to 5am class everyday. #Thebestgirlgang
