I have been working with Chris through The Musical Athlete since 2020. This program not only inspired me during the pandemic but it help me rethink and rebuild my physical and vocal training and bring it to the next level. I keep learning so much from Chris every week. What I love about how Chris Kelly manages his clients at Fitness Rehab is that his knowledge of the human body--its strengths and vulnerabilities--and his genuine compassion for ensuring we are doing our workouts effectively BUT safely--is evident at every turn. When one of our group has an ailment, whether occasional or chronic, he knows exactly how to modify a specific workout activity for our individual benefit. Chris is a STUDENT not only of the body but of OUR bodies. Often we begin a workout session with him asking about each specific issue we have, how that body part feels at that time, and if the workout is creating problems, or he proactively suggests an alternative in advance. He is flexible and offers additional workout resources (videos, newsletters, social media posts, etc.) all designed to inform and strengthen us. It is the BEST money I can plunk down for my health...my life. I had some soreness in my knees and shoulders. Our routines have strengthen the knees...I can sit straight down on the floor anywhere, anytime...and actually get up...to the envy of many folk who are DECADES younger than me. Chris is willing to research and provide information on any aspect of health we can throw at him, including nutrition, supplements, sleep habits, to name a few. In between data dumps and workouts, our small Zoom workout group sings, tells jokes, and have built a modicum of accountability and encouragement with each other, Okay, I'm starting to ramble: I kept putting off giving this review and wanted to make sure I sing his well-deserved praises. Got tired of procrastinating, waiting to word everything perfectly...so here you have it! You ROCK, Chris Kelly! P.S. I can actually jog a little...recently RAN around the church sanctuary, shocking everyone at how fast I could move...HA!

Chris is probably the best personal trainer in Lakeland. He cares deeply about knowing more about fitness than anyone else, and then he did the day before. His knowledge on pairing personal training with chiropractic like rehab work is unparalleled. Most importantly, he can turn that knowledge into a tailored program for each individual.I'm focused on strength training, and I've also seen his personal training clients for weight loss, mobility, and athleticism have great results too.
