LXA is the place to be. We’re going on our 4th year here. I couldn’t be more happy with this place. The coaches are truly amazing! They care about every single one of these kids. My daughter has grown so much over these last four years. Definitely check it out!

My daughter just completed her first full year at LXA. This was her first year as a cheerleader and she excelled so much because of how hard the coaches pushed her and challenged her. Do the coaches yell? Yes. Do football coaches yell? Also yes. This is a sport that if done incorrectly, can be extremely dangerous. If your child is engaging in activity that could be unsafe and put themself or others in danger, or not listen when specific instructions are being given, there’s a good chance they will be called out and made to do some sort of wall sit or something else. Not once has my daughter ever been afraid of cheer or expressed that she was afraid to go back. She loves all of the staff. She also does their after school program and is there 5 days a week, so she spends more time at that gym than she does at home. We were on the best team because of how amazing all of the girls and their parents were. Many parents expressed how sad they were for this season to end because of how great it was and how much fun we all had as parents. I not only made friends with parents on our team, but parents of athletes on other teams as well! The bottom line is LXA is a fantastic organization that is only getting better and better. Coach Kimberly (the owner) takes all parents concerns seriously. As long as the kids (and parents) follow the rules, there are no issues. I’m excited to see how my daughter grows with LXA! 💚💜🖤

The owner, Coach Kim, is a bully to her students and staff. Very unprofessional, yells at the girls and makes them cry. I would never recommend this business and unfortunately it’s all Lakeland has to offer for this sport.

Our children were so excited to be in cheerleading. We signed them up for an eight week class. Now they’re frightened and want nothing to do with it . They’re only six years old . What happened last night at practice for a six year old was so upsetting and uncalled for!!! The way these coaches handle their business is so unprofessional. They think this is Boot Camp. They yell at their parents(a whole other story!) and yell at the kids. This is supposed to be a fun experience for children, not frightening. They made a six-year-old sit up against the wall for FIVE minutes lunging down with her hands up doing wall sets! All this was because she was smacking her cousins hand doing high-fives behind her back. Instead of talking to the child or maybe making the child run a lap they thought that that was OK to yell at a child and to do that.. then the child is crying and they don’t even talk to her after…Talk about SAD! Parents were so upset seeing this that they could barely even watch! These coaches didn’t even let the parent know of what happened. They heard from another parent after practice! This is NOT OK!!! Bad business, our children will not be back! Better do your research before sending your child here!! Better protect your babies!

I am so happy we found LXA. My daughter has thrived here. When we started she had minimal cheer experience and absolutely no tumbling. The owner amd other coaches are extremely supportive and encouraged her to push herself. We are getting ready to enter her third season with LXA. She has grown so much (both as a cheerleader and personally) from the support she has gotten from the coaches, owner and her teammates. LXA is like a second family!

Coach Kimberly is one of the most amazing coaches around. She has showed my daughter what a true team sport is all about. She is professional, caring and knows what’s it takes to make a great team. We love Couch Kimberly and LXA

Lakeland Express Athletics is a great cheer gym. Family atmosphere. Plenty of offerings. Coaches strive for excellence, which is great! My daughter has excelled so much in her tumbling and flexibility and we’ve been with the gym for 2 years.
