OTF Lakeland has changed my life. Working out was something I never felt comfortable or confident doing on my own, Orangetheory has changed that. The coaches are passionate and professional, they help you however they can to reach your fitness goals. The coaches will push you, motivate you, and even modify some workouts if you physically need it. Within my first year, I lost 20 pounds. I went from walking on the treadmill to a full blown runner. I highly recommend OTF if you are looking for a quality workout and dedicated professionals to assist you. Regardless of your fitness level, OTF will push you to wherever you want to be!

Visited the studio on Friday and took class with Maura. I've never had a more energetic and positive coach. Awesome playlist to boot. Great, clean studio, stocked showers, welcoming staff.

I love OTF! I have been going here for four years and it’s the best experience ever. It makes working out fun. Each workout is different and unique. The coaches and staff are super nice and helpful. I can’t recommend OTF Lakeland enough!

Love the staff and coaches! They are very friendly and give you that extra push to get you to power up your workout!! Its a great 50min workout and I enjoy the noon workouts for my lunch break from work.

I love the atmosphere at this studio. The coaches are the best. The front desk staff is extremely helpful and friendly. When I initially joined I was intimidated but after my first class I was hooked. I love being part of such an incredible studio.

I live in Miami but visited this studio while seeing family over Thanksgiving. I have been a premium member for 2 years. Go almost every day. This studio knows how to be diplomatic and treat you like a human being! I’m so impressed with a recent issue management solved for me. The manager (you know who you are! :) had such a heart for my family and made a generous call in the midst of a difficult situation. I can truly say this studio truly cares about WHY they exist and keep their eyes upon their vision and purpose. Thank you, for having a heart. For being diplomatic.
