What really sets this location apart is just how much the employees care about their customers. One of the employees by the name of Kayla actually helped me work through the death of my pet guinea pig Gavin while I was on the rowing machine. Just above and beyond service!R.I.P. Gavin; you were a real one.

Out of all the local locations - plant city is the best ! Kayla is always so pleasant and helpful ! Gavin always welcomes us with a smile ! They are both great ! And we enjoy them everytime we go in !

Very clean facility. Staff makes me feel welcomed. Was having a bad day until one employee, I think her name was Cayla/Kayla cheered me up with a smile and a greeting.

I have worked out multiple times at the Plant City Planet Fitness and not only has Gavin been helpful at the front desk with signing me in and showing me around the gym but he has helped improve my form on different lifts. I honestly think he should be a personal trainer instead of a front desk worker because of his vast knowledge of lifting and his easy helpful manner.
