Took a pain relief class with Evelyn and had immediate relief from my chronic pain that I cried! After sustaining a debilitating injury in 2020 I didn’t think anything would help. Just one session I was pain free. If you suffer with chronic pain and know nothing about yoga please speak with Evelyn she will take care of you!

Alison and her staff are FANTASTIC! You won't be disappointed. Talk about total relaxation and stress relief! And it's extremely affordable!
