Awesome gym, old school rare type equipment. Everyone is friendly and respectful, the owner will go above and beyond to give you the best experience. Wouldn't go to another gym unless it was a last resort!

One of my favorite gyms in Polk county. The owners are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and the equipment is pristine. The gym has something for everyone. 2 deadlift platforms for the powerlifters, a posing room for bodybuilders, and lots of machines and free weights for everyone in between.

Love this gym. Owners Brian and Brandon are great people. The people there are polite and friendly. Equipment is great. Old-school gym with plenty of weight. If you are looking for a non commercial gym at a great price with trainers available. I'd recommend this place 100%

Just the Gym Lakeland needed! Great dungeon feel while still providing open spaces. The vibe was very welcoming too! Will definitely be visiting again !

Local, and right around the corner in South Lakeland. They have the real deal Olympic 45lb and 100lb plates at this gym. Even the old school steel plate dumbbells up to 150lbs. Plus the necessary needed machines and equipment to get a killer work out. This isn't a commercial gym( Just Move and Crunch) this is the gym that if you want to get serious gains and results in. You come here. Plus 24 hours! With real deal weights, not that rubber coated BS that says 45lbs, but feels like 30lb plates.

This gym is perfect for people of all levels of skill in fitness. They have top tier equipment and many knowledgeable people to help you in your workouts. I highly recommend popping in and checking it out.

Best Gym around!! The atmosphere is great! They Have all the equipment you could need for a great workout! The owners are phenomenal! They make sure everyone that comes to their gym feels welcome! First impressions are everything and this gym is the spot! Family friendly and you always have the feeling of needing to go back and personally I don’t feel that like that with big overcrowded gyms. Did I mention its 24/7? That is one big reason why I enjoy it so much! You go when it’s convenient for you! Overall, this is the new hotspot. I won’t be going anywhere else for a long time! Hope this place takes off for others to experience a true gym experience!
