We used to take karate classes here before and just moved back to Lakewood, so we started again. This place is really great and feels like family. The sensei is very good.

So happy to have found this karate studio in Lakewood! The kids are really enjoying the karate classes and I am definitely getting a great workout in the kickboxing class. Highly recommend this gym!!

Team Body Shop The Body Shop karate studio Dojo gym is a unique experience one day feels like it's personal. Yet it is open to the public View and offered services to a select few they have been chosen to actively participate.The atmosphere both in the morning and evening and afternoon classes I really given the most appreciative value of Consciousness and active tutelage Construction. And did I say instruction great I've sent my children they are my grandchildren and I actively Venture there
