Great gym, best in the area in my opinion. There is always parking in the front or back, very clean facility, and friendly and accommodating staff.

I've been a member of this Gym for quite some time and I've been using Garden Grove Gym because it's close to my home and there is a lot of classes that I love to attend. First time I'm using the Cypress location, and I'm surprised by what I saw and what they have it's a little bit fancier for what I've expected to. I tried the foot/leg compressor oh boy! It's so good feeling after work out and the infrared sauna so fabulous and the locker rooms are squeaky cean. It is well worth to drive even miles away from where I live.

This location has the most friendly stuff of all I been to by far with natural light and well ventilated. Bathroom and locker room was clean. They leg compression machine, sauna, massage chair and massage guns for after your workout. All equipment with less varieties though. I love it because it not always packed like the rest.

I am in a Awwww with this gym!! As soon as you walk in they you feel the warmth of the staffs great vibes 🤩 So helpful top notch member support. A staff that is very couth 🤩its a great feeling! As soon as you walk in they start greeting you… And as they help other members, cleaning they never forget to say goodbye to the people that are leaving. The machines are state of the art crispy as can be. They have this large silver cylinder and you pull out disinfecting wipes so that you can clean your machines everyone is on it. I look forward to working out here I am about as excited as they get! Thank you 🤗Sincerely 🙏🏽
