I can't rave enough about this studio, the instructors are incredible. They're experienced, knowledgeable, but more than anything they are good at conveying that knowledge to those of us who are brand new. They know how to motivate their students and have created a strong sense of community. Every time I come in I feel welcomed and excited to learn. This is a great place to get in shape and learn a valuable skill!

I love this place and its instructors are awesome! The classes feel like they go by so quickly but I get a work and I get to learn self defense! Best of both worlds! The first pic is right after we learned how to defend against hair grabs! The second is the shirt I bought with a discount for being new basically!

This company is more about the money...not much anything else. Signed up monthly, canceled before the end of the 2nd month, they told me I had to pay for the 3rd month with some weird hidden thing clause. I canceled after the 2nd month because they told me I had to buy $400 worth of gear after 2 months that was never told to me originally. They even had their own catalog....come to find our their "new membership " included the gear for same price but was never offered to others.

Started out with no experience and found these classes to be accessible as well as practical for real world scenarios. Staff is super cool, the fitness aspect is intense but attainable, and it’s a great way to unwind from a day at work

I am sad what happened to a once great gym. I will go back to Planet Fitness. This is not worth the extra costs. I may try again in 6 months to see if some staffing changes were made.

Attended two sessions so far. Very good instructor. Flexible and we're able to keep pace with their training. Good program overall!!
