Been a member now month or two, and go almost everyday. They are one of my favorite gyms i have been a member of. Dave runs a tight ship over off Wadsworth and will highly reccomend for those looking for a steady gym, with all the equipment they need, and knowledgable/kind folks here. Nothing but quality here.

What an awesome gym. First time there and I got a great pump. Owner put on some awesome music and I already want to go back for another workout. Has everything you need, highly recommend.Had the feel of a Golds Gym where down to earth people get strong and fit.

We visited the gym on vacation and it was great! had everything we needed to have a great workout. Members were friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone visiting. It was also super easy to buy a guest pass online, do the waiver and get a code to get in. We really enjoyed it!

Best GD gym around! Everything you need for bodybuilding, powerliftng, or general fitness. There's even heavy, kick, and speed bags for you to use between sets. Awesome community of which Dave (the owner) is no small part. He also does individual or group training sessions if that's your jam.
