Where do I start! Siera Capesius is the absolute best!!! When I started I knew absolutely nothing about the gym! I was at my lowest physically and mentally and Siera turned that around for me. She is knowledgeable and positive!! She pushes you to be the best you can be safely! I loved the small group class! We all always encouraged one another during our journey and Siera was always so flexible if something came up for one of us. I wish I could rate her ten stars because she’s worth way more then 5! If you are looking for someone who will challenge you and push you to be the best look no farther and give her a call! I lost so so many inches and lots of lbs! I can’t thank Siera enough!!!

I have been training with Siera for almost 6 months now. I’ve worked with many trainers in the past but she has been the best! She is great at pushing you to achieve your goals but making the workouts fun and enjoyable! Her personality makes working out with her so fun. She motivated me to kick butt every time I go in! The gym has a great vibe and is very clean! Go see them!

Viktoria has been my trainer at Nourished Training for almost 2 months and it’s been an amazing experience so far. It’s obvious that she’s passionate and incredibly knowledgeable with anything fitness related. She does a great job of challenging you to be a better version of yourself and help teach you that fitness is a lifestyle not a short term solution. She’s thorough, patient, and cares a lot about how you feel while training in the gym, but also on a day-to-day basis to better understand how your body adapts and what areas to focus on. Highly recommend her as a trainer and recommend Nourished Training as a whole!

I am typically very uncomfortable in a gym setting, but Shane Pepper instantly made me feel comfortable with his welcoming personality. Also, the gym is a welcoming environment with a lot of natural lighting and feels like a more private setting. Shane is very knowledgeable about the human anatomy and physiology that not only do I feel like I am learning new things, but also benefiting physically due to his expertise. I highly recommended this gym and Shane Pepper!

My experience at Nourished Personal Training was enjoyable and very beneficial! I trained with Shane and he is very knowledgeable. He also is patient, focuses on your form, and lets you go at your own pace! I appreciate the information I got and how we focused on strengthening certain areas of the body that needed more muscle activity. It is also very clean and sleek looking with a lot of diverse equipment. Thank you and highly recommend this place for anyone looking to improve themselves!

Shane is absolutely superb. As soon as I walk in he knows the exact plan of attack for our training session, and each one is unique based off of what he knows I need to work on as well as what he had me do with my at home workouts. He is compassionate, yet knows how to push me to be even better. With Shane, I get more than just a trainer - he’s a great friend that wants to see my mind, body, and soul thrive. I’ve been training with Shane Pepper at Nourished for a year. And honestly - just do it. I don’t know that I truly have the words to thank him for everything. Exercise has become an important, priority and routine for the first time in my life! Shane was the first person that was ever able to get through to me about how important movement is. He met me exactly where I was, which made the whole process much less daunting to begin. He taught me how to listen to my body and makes me feel like I finally stand a chance at the gym on my own. For some reason Google will not let me post my before and after pictures - which is dumb - but I’m down 30lbs, and several inches everywhere!

I have been working with Andrew for about a month now and have noticed an undeniably positive impact on my physical health. I have a number of health issues, as well as a knee injury that flares up. Andrew is great at making sure my knee feels good during my flare ups, teaches me new moves to help it, and is always aware of my health conditions and how they impact my workouts. He is able to communicate clearly the goal of each exercise and proper form. I never question his judgment and his encouragement keeps me coming back twice a week.The gym itself is nice and clean. There is a wide variety of equipment to work with. The energy and support from all the trainers and other clients in the gym is always really positive.I've had personal training in other locations before and Nourished Personal Training has been the most positive experience.

I’ve been training 3x a week for about a month now, and I’ve already seen results! Siera, the owner, is my personal trainer and she is amazing. Upon consultation she’ll go over the different tiers she offers along with your goals. Exercise combined with nutrition, combined with an app that gives you home workouts, it all really makes a difference with accountability and motivation! Everything has been working out great so far. I’ve had a personal trainer in the past and I’ve never seen or done most of the workouts she teaches me and it’s really great that these particular workouts are working for my body according to what results I’m trying to achieve. I can FEEL the difference. She knows her stuff regarding workouts and nutrition, & honestly all the trainers there seem of high quality! The gym is large and clean, I never feel cramped or self conscious. Since it’s a private gym, only a few trainers train at a time. Can’t wait to leave a review with before and after photos once more months have passed!(picture shown is only 1/3 of the actual gym!)

Shane was my personal trainer he was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and would push me to become better. He was available anytime of the day with any questions I had. I really enjoyed training with him, he is very passionate about what he does and loves to help to be better. I would 1000 times recommend him and would love to be back training with him!.
