This place is a lot of fun! They offer several strictly yoga classes, strictly cycling classes, barre classes and some combo classes. I've done the cycle/yoga 30/30 class a couple times. Since I just started working out 3 weeks ago, I didn't want to jump right in and do the full 45 minutes of cycling for fear of death. I thought the combo class would be a good stepping stone. It was a little tricky to find at first, but my GPS had me turn one parking area too early, where a Burrito Express was. Coincidence? I think not. It's behind/adjacent to Tuesday Morning. Do not give into the seductive burrito place!Megan was the instructor my first time. She made sure my bike was adjusted correctly and explained to me the adjustments she made and why so that I would know how I would need to adjust it on my own the next time.Let me just say, after 30 minutes of cycling, yoga was a great way to wind down. I was still breathing pretty heavy when we started yoga so the "slowly inhale and exhale" was not happening! But by the end, I was nice and stretched out and most of the sweat had subsided. After trying several different classes, I ended up getting hooked on Jill's yoga sculpt class. She's so fun and really works your booty. A big plus, they provide yoga mats, sweat towels, and an amazing lavender scented wet towel to use during yoga!

So happy I found The Cycling Yogi! I love the varied classes available. I'm able to get the full body/mind workouts that I need. The instructors are all great, very knowledgeable and they make the classes fun.

Great fitness studio! Fun workout!Me and my wife have been going to their classes for the past 10 days, and we love their classes. Didn't imagine we could bend ourselves so much and do all their workouts, but we have been made to! The instructors are good with correcting our wrong postures. The cycling/yoga 30/30 format is a great one. Barre fit sessions are great too. Deep stretches and yoga sessions are so relaxing. Its safe and encouraging environment there.Initially I felt the membership fees were expensive, but actually if we give it a deeper thought and do the actual math, it turns out to be very good deal. They have classes at convenient times and you actually can attend most of the classes. Their sessions are focussed, with mix of both cardio, endurance and yoga. So its good value for the money and time. ...And unlike the big chain franchises and fitness clubs, you can directly talk to the owner Patsy (locally owned club it is), ... and you never know ... you might get a great deal!!

Excellent class variety and class times! Try Susie's Yoga Sculpt class! She's incredible!

This is a mediocre studio that is extremely expensive for what it offers. Comparable studios have cheaper rates and honor their consistent clients by offering them discounts. This studio only offers discounts to new clients, then they increase the price drastically. I just received an early black Friday offer from another studio for $99 for 3 months unlimited. The cycling yogi charges you $327 for this. Huge difference in price! Other local studios charge 10 classes for $100. This studio charges $169 for 10 classes. I would give it a 4 if the prices were reasonable.

Great studio with lots of variety - barre, cycle, yoga- and instructors to match. I started as a beginner a year ago and now feel confident in my technique and skill. I highly recommend you give them a try.

This place is great. As a guy I was a little intimidated at first, but they made me feel welcome. They have a good mix of classes and all the instructors know their stuff. The cycling combination works well too for those times I want more of a workout. Highly recommended!

Really enjoy this yoga studio and am so glad I found it. Excellent instructors, nice space and equipment. The only negative I would give is the less than optimal acoustics in the spinning room.

I love this place! It is a really awesome location and I love the instructors, although I wish that sometimes they had more time offerings on Saturday/Sundays. And you do lose your spot if you aren't early enough, I arrived at exactly on-time to class once and the door was locked. :-( but otherwise it is completely excellent!
