Like most people I'm always on the go , very limited on time. Great part about this gym is you have serious people coming here to get their pump on and no annoying people sitting on the equipment taking selfies. The staff is great and very personable , I never come in feeling like I'm just another number. Very true statement about this gym, best kept secret in the AV.

I found this place by complete accident while looking for a replacement gym for 24 hour fitness and was very happy to find it. The price is cheap and it has everything you need. Never crowded and everyone is extremely friendly! The owner is always very helpful and nice, the atmosphere is very relaxed and the gym is very clean! I recommend everyone come here!

A great replacement for Powerhouse Gym that closed down. Small, very welcoming. Proprietor Alan is helpful and friendly. All machines are kept clean and wiped down. Not for the serious body builder, but great for someone who wants to maintain fitness.
