24 Hour Fitness at Lancaster, CA, is a well-equipped facility offering essential fitness amenities, including saunas, steam rooms, pools, and a variety of workout machines. A round-the-clock operation makes it convenient for all schedules. However, the gym faces numerous challenges, including cleanliness issues, equipment disrepair, and overcrowding, particularly following the closure of nearby locations. The dedicated and friendly staff receive mixed reviews, with some members expressing satisfaction while others highlight management and service deficiencies.
Despite an extensive range of amenities, the gym's environment can feel chaotic with a lack of rule enforcement and insufficient maintenance. While some members praise the community and facilities, many point out hygiene and organizational problems that detract from their overall experience. A commitment to rigorous cleaning and improved resource allocation could significantly enhance the gym's reputation.

Do not use there showers, pool or hot tub. Sweaty gym members going from saunas all sweaty and jump in the pool and hot tub nonstop without showering. Showers are dirty just stay away from that side of the gym and you will be ok and won’t catch anything.

It’s ok. Kinda dirty and very unorganized. Also, they play country music over the sound system. That is probably the worst part.

Joined specifically for the RAQUETBALL COURTS and I was appalled to see a group of teens playing soccer in one of the courts - since when can soccer playing go on in a raquetball court - this is not right what next - belly dancing in there - hope management make not of this discrepancy - because ended up having to wait for these kids playing soccer - appalled

My daughter and I, went to the basketball courts. It was hard to find a spot on the courts, that didn't have trash and water bottles. Literally, some kid came in and sprayed silly string on the floor. The ceiling, needs alot of repair, before it falls onto somebody.

The gym itself is great the staff are friendly and welcoming the new cleaning staff member lady does an amazing job keeping the place cleanthe problem is that many people don’t have gym etiquette leaving weights all scattered over the floor, not putting them back which. can be very annoying having to move the weights yourself to make it comfortable area to exercise, some weights have the weight rusted off, which I feel they should invest into other ones, you don’t see what you’re lifting also the major thing that makes me feel very very uncomfortable is when there’s men walking around shirtless/ whilst exercising no one wants to see that..

It's hard to find dumbells, and it makes working out a hassle.

They really need to do something about the overcrowding, they closed 2 locations and now is virtually impossible to get a decent workout unless you go in at 2am

I like this gym. Always nice people around. Motivated and dedicated people. It's not always crowded. And it's spacious
