Waste of time and money. Terrible customer service. Facilities are sub standard. The manger I dealt with was unaccommodating and rude. When i tried to cancel they said they would get back to me, instead they just auto deducted the next month without any notice.

Hands down the best gym in the area. If you're looking for a bootcamp class that leaves you breathless and feeling accomplished, you've come to the right place. The trainers are well organized and always ontime. The gym itself has a wide variety of equpitment that is clean and neatly arranged. They also offer one on one personal training sessions. All of the staff have been welcoming and most importantly encouraging. If you're looking to try a new gym I would highly recommend FitStop!

This is the best gym in all of Lansing!! I’ve been with the owners now for almost 3 years, before they owned FitStop-24, and I will not go to another gym! What I love most about this gym is that it’s clean, has a variety of classes, trainers, and equipment, and best of all it’s SAFE! I never feel unsafe here because there are always trainers available when I am at the gym and they have become like family. I love my FitStop24 family! It breaks my heart to see any one star reviews of this gym. I am an actual member, and have been for many years, and the owners are always honest and upfront about all their costs. All one star reviewers I can guarantee you are not real members. This is the best gym in all of West side Lansing!

Absolutely love going to the Fitstop 24 gym - Lansing! The daily HIIT classes are always different, challenging and fun! Great trainers that are personable and caring. I feel that management keeps the gym organized, clean, and I always feel welcome there when I come thru the door. Feels like family!

Absolutely love FitStop24-Lansing and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a gym. Amazing equipment, friendly and professional staff, and an extremely clean facility. Lots of machine, free weights, cardio equipment and group fitness classes. The people who go there are very friendly and encouraging. Even during busy times it doesn’t feel overwhelmingly busy. Again, I highly recommend if you’re looking for a gym to help reach your fitness goals!
