had a horrible experience at this gym, its harder to get out of that GYM MEMBERSHIP THAN TO GET A DIVORCE. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!! the new owners of the place are super deceiving and not trustworthy they will ask for your credit card info and just take out your money.

Clean, friendly and safe environment. No judgements by other members or staff towards their patrons. I enjoy going here for class. I can’t express how clean it is. I’ve been in my share of gyms and this facility far exceeds the rest. The staff are attentive and helpful. Always have a smile on their face. Keep up the great work!!

Hands down, best gym experience I've had in the area. Attending the boot camp type classes is such a good, challenging work out. Instructors are organized, timely, thoughtful, motivating and down right good people. I will always recommend this place that has become my gym family, to anyone.

I absolutely love this gym, the people there have become family, they offer so many classes, personal training, and 24/7 gym! I’ll never go anywhere else the place is also always clean, you can tell the owners care about their place. Definitely check them out!

Great low key gym. Gets busy during peak hours but never overly crowded ( speaking as someone that hates being inconvenienced). Group classes as well as personal trainers. No "intimidating" people. Owners that really care about the quality of their gym and it shows.
