Jason McCammon and the crew at IQFit are fantastic. They not only help with muscle fitness, but also mental fitness. They give you the tools to stay motivated not just from January 1st through April, but year round. They also evaluate your individual vitamin and nutritional needs, which puts you on a path toward more energy and a healthier life. Can't say enough about them. Very different from and health club or gym I've ever joined.

This place is unique -- the quality of training is the best I have ever experienced in years of working out at high-end gyms and fitness clubs. I have an advanced degree is in anatomy and physiology, and my previous experience as a Nautilus instructor has made me pretty picky. Jason and his staff are highly trained in all aspects of fitness, including the importance of biomechanics in strength training. I LOVE coming to this place and I love the results I am getting.

After a long absence from IQ, I'm back and thrilled with my results!The only thing that has changed since I met and trained with Jason over 10 years ago, is that he has accumulated more knowledge and has an even broader understanding of our bodies and how they need to be fueled and trained in order to live life to the fullest.He has also assembled an energetic, knowledgeable and caring team of trainers who are engaged and equally passionate about results through safe and proven methods.I'm quickly approaching 50 and do not plan on sitting on the sidelines.IQ Fit is my solution.

I have been training with Jason and his AWESOME team for almost 1 year and I am blown away by their knowledge, thoroughness and professionalism at the facility and in their 1-on-1 training. There is no cookie cutter approach and no guessing when it comes to your program at IQFIT! Every detail during your examination is thoroughly evaluated to determine your realistic goals. Not only have I been a client for almost a year but many of my patients have been for even longer. Jason really understands and lives the wellness lifestyle. He and his team are patient, not pushy and encouraging at all times! They love working with people who have problem areas and have done not only GREAT things for me and my health but for those of my patients too!! There is no better place to train in the Lansing area!!

Very friendly and enthusiastic staff - they do a great job of welcoming you upon arrival every day, and the trainers are extremely personable. I participate in the FAST classes as well as the semi-private training, and the results that I have experienced have been tremendous. The FAST classes are always a tough cardio workout with good resistance training woven into it their design; the semi-private training plans are geared toward your personal fitness goals. I couldn't be happier with my experience with IQ fit since I started attending classes about 6 months ago.

I have been working with the physical trainers at IQ Fit for almost a month. They took the time to do a thorough assessment of my current fitness level as well as determine my range of motion. They noted my physical challenges and abilities, then designed a training plan specific to my needs and goals. I appreciate the patience and encouragement I received from the trainers. In just two weeks I noticed certain physical tasks of my daily routine became easier to do thanks to an increase in strength. I also noticed other physical challenges changing for the better. IQ Fit trainers are top notch. I whole-heartedly recommend them.

Jason and all the staff at IQ Fit are amazing! All the trainers I've worked with are knowledgable, skilled, and motivating. I was looking for a personal trainer and facility that not only understood how to give a great work out, but also understands nutrition and how to help me figure out how to improve my overall health. Much attention is given to proper form, and to helping your body get in correct alignment and not just on lifting more or pushing harder. This is a great facility and their holistic approach is helping me lose weight, get stronger, and most importantly, improving my health!

They say you can’t turn back the clock, but I am proof that you can in fact not only turn back the clock, but actually be in better shape in your 50’s than you were in your 20’s. I have been doing personal training with Iron Quest trainers for 2 ½ years and will continue to do so because of the results!No more obsessing with counting calories to lose weight. Now I am burning more calories 24/7, just by spending 2 hours per week weight training. Working with weights is so rewarding since the results show so quickly. Iron Quest takes the time to interview and assess your current nutrition and fitness level, and support you with your goals……this is priceless. They tailor the workouts to fit your specific needs and goals.In fact, it was the dramatic change in my weight and fitness level that motivated my husband to begin personal training at Iron Quest. Between the two of us, we have worked with 6 different trainers and all are outstanding, very professional and knowledgeable.I am currently working with Jon and always have an absolute blast while working out. Jon has a knack for keeping the sessions fun and upbeat. He always takes the opportunity during our sessions to help me learn more about the mechanics of a particular exercise and the benefits. My only complaint is that the hour goes by too fast!

I feel better than I have in many years! Iron Quest helped me start losing wieght when I was stuck and unable to lose weight. With Iron Quest nutritional counseling I dropped my cholesterol levels by close to 100 points! I went from a 269 down to 162! They kept me from having to take medication and I feel better than I ever have! The trainors are great and fun to work with as I shed my extra wieght! Two thumbs up!

The trainers there are terrific and extremely knowledgable and friendly in all areas of fitness and nutrition. The one-on-one attention you get is definitely well worth it and I actually look forward to each night that I spend there working out. Overall, this is one of the best places I could have possibly chosen to start getting myself into shape and getting healthy again. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for me.
