The Barre Code - East Lansing

Barre Code- East Lansing is one of the best things that ever happened to me. The studio is incredibly clean and well maintained. The instructors and CR staff are amazing and genuinely are interested in everyone that comes. The workouts are challenging, make me feel so strong and empowered. I am so thankful to have discovered this community of amazing people! Can’t say enough amazing things about this place!

I love everything about The Barre Code East Lansing. The instructors are energetic and encouraging. Classes focus on embracing your body as it is and challenging yourself in healthy ways. I often find myself trying moves I never thought I was capable of, and I never feel weak when I take a modification. I leave each class feeling empowered and strong — like the best version of myself. TBC EL also offers livestream options, which are great for when you’re really craving a workout but can’t make it to the studio, as well as outdoor classes in warmer months. It's an amazing studio with an amazing community. I highly recommend The Barre Code East Lansing!

I heard about the Barre Code shortly after they opened and I had never belonged to a gym or workout studio before, but I'm so glad I joined the studio! They're all about empowering the individual and will remind you in class that it's not about comparing yourself to the others there. I love the range of classes, including both strength and cardio focuses. The new Strength Training format has been a really great compliment to the titular Barre classes, and Brawl provides fun cardio that keeps you focused on the moves.

The Barre Code has been a great place for not only a great work out, but teaming up with other small businesses and create a force in the Lansing fitness scene. Cannot wait to take more classes with my wife at TBC!

The Barre Code East Lansing is such an uplifting and positive environment. The staff truly cares about empowering women and creating a space that everyone can feel welcomed in. I never left a class disappointed and felt that everyone there genuinely cared about one another- I couldn't ask for more from a studio!!

Love this place! The instructors and staff are all so friendly and encouraging. The workouts are safe and effective and constantly changing so you’ll never get bored! Such a wonderful addition to the east Lansing community!

Love it here! Joined in mid-December & I've already seen results. The positive atmosphere and community aspect is really great! By the third class a few instructors knew my name already!! Strongly recommend to anyone who needs positive encouragement for maintaining workouts and living your best life!

The Barre Code is so much more than just a place to take some workout classes. I always feel so empowered, motivated, accomplished, and strong after taking a class, no matter which class format I take, that continues throughout my entire day. The studio vibe is incredibly welcoming, positive and fierce – and I'm constantly motivated by others in class with me. The energy of the instructors keeps classes fun and intense and challenging and everything in between. I love this place! <3

I absolutely love Barre Code East Lansing. My favorite part of the studio is its welcoming and inspiring environment. Each instructor has their own personal style, but they each are encouraging, motivating, and FUN! There are several different class styles and times to accommodate a variety of schedules and preferences. I've been going to the studio since I moved the area in the Fall and I've never taken the same class twice! The instructors change up the props, styles, and music each class, which keeps you on your toes! I've recommended the studio to several of my friends and will continue to!
