What a great gym! Small, private, upstairs location (with elevator access). New equipment and seldom if ever "crowded". My gym closed, and the owner here matched my old gyms price, too! No complaints, other than maybe the music selection, but they will never please everyone with that!

Currently been a member for about a year. The owner is unbelievably kind and interacts with his members. Everyone here is respectful and gets work in. I would recommend checking it out if looking to get started at a gym. Great gym with an amazing owner. Very rare with gyms!

I have quite a few gyms that are closer to me but this AF location has a heavy bag that I can go kick around whenever the stress levels go up. 😁 They make it easy to be a regular - overall very clean, spacious, secure area (doors are locked during off hours and they have emergency tags to carry in case there's an issue.) Last but not least, other gym goers are generally very respectful about personal space - this makes a huge difference to me as I like to focus on what I need to get done and not have to worry about overcrowded areas (their app also lets you know when the high traffic times are.)
